R M. 6/13/2008 Member of BostonIndian.net City: Boston	Hey There,The correct procedure is:1) If you are on L2 (dependant) Visa, apply for EAD. It will take 30-45 days.2) With EAD, you apply for SSN and may take 7 days.3)For Driving License, you need your ID & address proof. Post Response Add To Favorite Total Replies: 2
