Cooking Instructions
1.boil milk 2.cool it to lukewarm 3.place the milk in an airtight container 4.add 1 tspn of yogurt to the lukewarm milk(make sure that the milk is not too hot otherwise it might kill the fermenting bactaria of the yogyurt) 5.place it in a dry dark place with lid tightly closed for about 8 hours. 6.no need of microwave or oven
