Hello folks!I am considering buying a house in Chandler/Gilbert but am struggling to decide which zip codes are safe and livable and which ones to completely avoid. I was told all Gilbert zip codes and 85286 in Chandler are good and to avoid 85224 and 85225. But are there any good areas in these zipcodes that can be considered as they seem to have the maximum listings for houses? Also, how are 85226 and 85248?
